Tickets Now Available for the 18th Annual Crown Gospel Music Awards!

The wait is finally over! Tickets for the much-anticipated 18th Annual Crown Gospel Music Awards are officially on sale.

The prestigious celebration of Gospel excellence will take place on Sunday, 23 November 2025, at the Durban ICC Convention Centre. Guests can look forward to the Red Carpet experience from 4:00 PM, followed by the main Awards ceremony at 7:00 PM.

This year’s edition is extra special as the Crowns return home to Durban after two memorable years in Gauteng.

“Durban is home,” said Pastor S’thembiso Mtshali, official spokesperson for the Crown Gospel Music Awards. “We are thrilled to be back where it all began and urge the public to secure their tickets early for what promises to be Africa’s biggest Gospel celebration.”

The Crown Gospel Music Awards are renowned for uniting leading Gospel artists, church leaders, celebrities, and music enthusiasts in a night filled with faith, inspiration, and glamour.

Recognised by Gospel News Africa as one of the continent’s premier Gospel events, the Crowns continue to honour the enduring legacy of the late Zanele Mbokazi-Nkambule, the visionary founder of the Awards.

“This year’s ceremony will serve as a heartfelt tribute to her memory as we celebrate in her beloved city of Durban,” added Pastor Mtshali.

Nominee Announcement

The 2025 Awards received a record-breaking 890 entries, reflecting the Crowns’ growing influence across Africa’s Gospel music scene. Both established icons and rising stars will compete for the coveted Crown trophies.

The official list of nominees will be revealed at the end of October, and fans are encouraged to stay tuned for the exciting announcement.
