South African gospel artist and producer Zamisto releases his powerful new single, “Adonai,” a spiritually uplifting Afro-Fusion track taken from his 10-track gospel album, I’m Not the Hero, God Is. Firmly rooted in contemporary gospel, “Adonai” blends soulful African textures with world-class production to deliver a message of faith, surrender, and divine connection. “This album is not about me. It’s about pointing people back to God. I am just a vessel,” says Zamisto. Featuring standout gospel tracks including “Adonai,” “Uyeza,” and “Getsemane,” the project fuses gospel, Afro-Fusion, and African Deep House influences, creating a sound that is both spiritually resonant and sonically elevated. Released under the ZAMusic label, the album is inspired by scripture including Matthew 28:19, Romans 10:17, and Jeremiah 1:9, reinforcing its foundation as a ministry-driven gospel project.
