In an official statement, Tshabz Holdings addressed the delay, explaining:
“We would like to apologize for the delays of the two anticipated releases which were meant to be out by midnight. The delays were caused by our distributor and they have not released it yet due to technical issues. We are working tirelessly to resolve this matter.”
The message emphasized the team’s awareness of fan disappointment and assured listeners that every effort is being made to resolve the issue promptly.
Despite the setback, Mpumi and her team expressed gratitude for the support and patience shown by her audience.
“We understand the frustration from our fans. We truly love and appreciate everyone. Thank you for your unwavering support,” the statement concluded.
