Gospel artist Ntokozo Mbambo is calling South Africans to a unique spiritual gathering with her upcoming event, Open Heavens: This Is Kingdom, on 8 November 2025. The event emphasizes intercessory worship and speaking a new word over the nation. It is not a conventional concert or stage performance. It is a time to consecrate oneself, lift the name of Jesus, gather the lost, and usher in spiritual order across Africa.
Mbambo describes November as a significant month in her spiritual journey. She explains that God has impressed upon her heart the importance of gathering people under open skies to create an atmosphere for divine movement. The event is designed to encourage participants to prepare spiritually, allowing God to move in a fresh and powerful way.
Open Heavens will take place at Willowmoore Park Cricket Stadium, 101 Harpur Ave, Benoni. The gathering draws inspiration from Ezekiel 47:9, which speaks of living waters bringing life and healing wherever they flow. This reflects the event’s mission to bring renewal and blessing to the land.
The line-up features prominent gospel ministers and artists, including Khaya Mthethwa, Collen Maluleke, Nqubeko Mbatha, Mabongi, Janine Price Mmatema, Dr Tumi, Oncemore Six, Chairo Janet Manyowa, HLE, and Sunmisola Agbebi. Each guest will contribute through worship, teaching, and prayer, creating a powerful atmosphere of faith and devotion.
Open Heavens: This Is Kingdom invites attendees to experience intercessory worship, spiritual renewal, and a time of deep connection with God. The event is positioned as a transformative gathering, aiming to inspire hearts and impact communities across South Africa.
