Spirit of Praise Releases “Ndinomira PaJordan” Featuring Everton Mlalazi

South African gospel ensemble Spirit of Praise (SOP) has released “Ndinomira PaJordan,” a powerful new track featuring Zimbabwean gospel artist Everton Mlalazi. The song is part of SOP’s latest live album, Spirit of Praise 11, recorded at the SunBet Arena in Tshwane, South Africa.

Sung in Ndebele and Shona, “Ndinomira PaJordan” delivers a message of hope, reflecting on the Christian promise of eternal rest in the “beautiful Promised Land” of Canaan. The track joins other highlights from the album, including “Speak Lord” by Xola Toto, “Ufanele” by Omega Khunou, and “Usibiyele” performed by Canaan Nyathi.

The release comes as SOP continues their Next Level Tour, with a performance in Bulawayo. The lineup features SOP members Dumi Mkokstad, Ayanda Ntanzi, Lufuno Dagada, Mpumi Mtsweni, Omega Khunou, Sindi Ntombela, Xola Toto, Zaza Mokhethi, along with Zimbabwean artists Everton Mlalazi and Canaan Nyathi. Pastor Mthunzi Namba, a founding figure of Joyous Celebration, will serve as guest of honour for the evening.

Everton Mlalazi described his collaboration with SOP as transformative. He said the ensemble has contributed to his spiritual, musical, and personal growth. “SOP is a family that values excellence, unity, and the pursuit of God’s presence. Being surrounded by such gifted and disciplined ministers has stretched and sharpened me in the best ways,” Mlalazi explained. He added that performing with SOP has deepened his connection to the ministry and strengthened his ability to embody the message in his songs.

Tonight’s performance in Bulawayo promises a night of high praise and worship, reflecting SOP’s commitment to musical excellence and spiritual impact.
