Following the recent release of their worship EP Worship Songs I Could Have Sung With My Mother, gospel collective Omega Circle is preparing to unveil a powerful new standalone single, Glory (The Father), set for release on Friday, 3 April 2026.
Arriving in the heart of the Easter season, Glory (The Father) is a deeply intimate and spiritually resonant song born from personal grief, cherished memory and unwavering faith.
“‘Glory (The Father)’ was inspired by worship moments with my mother, who is no longer with us, especially around Easter. Writing this song was an intimate process of reflecting on loss, faith, and the enduring presence of God.”
Written as both a tribute and a declaration of worship, Glory (The Father) reflects on the pain of loss while celebrating the eternal nature of God. At its core, the song honours Jesus Christ as the Alpha and Omega, transforming sorrow into praise and memory into worship.
With its heartfelt message and reflective spirit, the single is expected to resonate deeply with listeners seeking healing, comfort and spiritual renewal during Easter.
The upcoming release also serves as a continuation of the worship journey introduced on Worship Songs I Could Have Sung With My Mother, the five-track EP released two weeks ago. The project featured songs such as:
- Nkosi Sikelela
- Ndithembe Kuwe
- Zonkizizwe
- Asante (Siyabonga)
While the EP laid the emotional and spiritual foundation, Glory (The Father) stands as a fresh and timely offering — one that deepens the story through a more personal lens of remembrance, devotion and hope.
For Omega Circle, this release is about more than music. It is about creating a moment of encounter — a space where listeners can reflect, heal and reconnect with God through worship.

“This song carries both memory and worship. It reflects the pain of loss, but also the beauty of knowing that God remains present through every season. ‘Glory (The Father)’ is our offering of praise, healing and hope.”
As anticipation builds ahead of the release, Omega Circle hopes the single will touch hearts and provide a meaningful soundtrack for reflection and spiritual connection during Easter.
